LOCATION: Enghave Brygge, 2450 København

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We were assigned to create for an hypothetical client, an experienced developer, had employed our design group to develop a housing prototype based on the famous courtyard housing typologies from the dutch development at Borneo Sporenburg in Amsterdam. it is the client’s wish that the team first develops a high quality BIM model of the provided row-house type. once this model has been created and reviewed, the client will provide a site in Denmark where the house type shall be used in a 6-unit terrace of houses. the house types and must then be analysed, modified and updated to take account of the site, orientation and local (danish) regulations. once this exercise is performed, the team began the process of producing a full project documentation according to the information periodically provided.

Individually, I focused on the wall types and its connections between the different elements.
